I’m a dancer and dance teacher and last week, while taking a dance
class, I sprained and semi-tore my calf muscles from over-exertion.
Immediately after the class my calves were sore, but I didn’t think
anything of it. Then the next day, I was unable to walk and had to use
crutches to get around. I immediately went to see Dr. Chris and he
adjusted me and worked on my calf muscles every day for 4 days. By
strictly following his medical advice as well as getting frequent
adjustments, I was finally able to walk on day 5. On day 6, I was able
to teach a dance class as well as participate in a STEP hip hop dance
class.

Because I am a dancer, this injury thoroughly scared me. However, I
put my trust in Dr. Chris and he was able to get me back to normal
quickly. He definitely will always be my “go-t0″ doctor and I would
recommend him to everyone!
